Professional Arts Market and Child Safeguarding

Any whom work in the Arts with various institutions and organisations may come into contact with innocent, vulnerable parties and including children.

The Arts is like any other profession and subject to policy standards and governmental legislation. This includes Child Safeguarding and any policy should be set to the fore in all professional practices.

Please ensure if you are an Artist you are well versed on current policy standards and imbue in your professional roles with utmost integrity? This is applicable to ALL professionals, individuals, groups, organisations and institutions in public and private sectors where ever they may have contact with vulnerable people and children..

As adults we all have a due responsibility and accountability to ensure all we do is done with dignity and a moral obligation to protect all vulnerable parties and significantly children.

This is a subject close to my heart and one I take very strongly and other than my own professional art practice I campaign on Human Rights and Children's Rights.

Thank you.
