The charitable projects founded and managed are non-profit making on an independent and unincorporated status with the focus to the group or organisation selected. Over 20 years the impetus has been to contribute back to society.

- Donate knowledge, skills, experience and resources to Arts projects set as a charitable subject.
- Contribute to society with a focus of Arts and Culture on a non-profiting making basis and emphasis to the charitable.
- To make accessible Art initiatives to sectors of society disadvantaged and limited incomes.
- To bridge Arts as a means for social, health and enhance well-being.
- Encourage confidence, freedom, experimentation and discourse.
- Evoke self expression in the subject's own creativity.
- Develop insight of Art History and Contemporary Arts and the role of society.
- Present Fine Art and Contemporary Art to a broader scope of audience in alternative spaces.
- To use Art and Cultural initiatives as a means to raise the profile of various social and medical organisations and groups.
- To enable fund raisers with Art auctions and similar for social and medical organisations that face constraints .
