Background
to Art and Subject: Abstractions of spaces of tone and contour to
form and conceptualised surface of female genital mutilation and
sterilisation by electrocution. A current issue of human rights
violations done to women. For censorship purposes the original source
can not be included and hence to produce an abstraction in mere
context of art to convey the theme.
This image is thus merely
art and a palette of abstractions and can not be censored, as to the
eyes that is literally all this is on first inspection until the
subject matter is affirmed and the mind and eye will form to that
denoted.
No person can take umbrage over this image, because
it is an abstraction and no definable anatomical in exactness of
injury inflicted and nor clarity of specification. It is the
background information to the title and this description that some
may and what is it any wound take offence at? The reality and truth
of innocent women disfigured and indeed is there not many a campaign
publicly endorsed to stop all forms of female genital
mutilation.
Just as one type is with a blade is little
difference to that done by stun tasers and to burn the soft tissue
and disfigure the female and destroy the nerve endings externally and
internally. Truth is not pretty. No person ever said it was.
If
any take offence at this when it is merely a collection of abstracted
tones, then they do so at a mere palette? Alternatively, if indeed
they object to the subject matter then that means they object to the
innocent females wanting resolution and justice and would rather have
them silenced to simply not challenge their sensitivities by
truths.
Female genital mutilation and sterilisation is what
happens under an agenda to women that refuse it and the actions that
ensue from the extremism in politicisation of eugenics.
People
when they want to avoid a subject and live in denial and ignorant of
atrocity narrow their eyes and even to close. To displace any
responsibility or succour. We live in a culture where ignorance is
bliss and silence is golden and many to proffer and enable by while
the innocent suffer.
Yet, such a suitable action and title to
attach to this image by such abstraction of what seems of nothingness
on the surface and yet “narrow your eyes” and gaze upon it and as
your mind reforms the images to exactness of truths and such human
rights violations of women have their genitals and internal
reproductive systems burned by electrocution.
So, “narrow
your eyes” and look. In essence I will take that societal ignorance
of perverse justification to permit of injustice and action many
perpetuate and have you see with your eyes a truth you do not want to
see. “Narrow your eyes” and look at truth of disfigurement and
sterilisation to an innocent woman.
What does it feel like,
actually feel like, as you are internally being burned by
electrocution? Your body goes into spasms. Your breath is jolted, as
if someone has punched you in the stomach and winded you. Your lower
organs feel like they recoil into your chest cavity as the current
travels up through your genitals and lower abdomen and so far up it
goes you feel your stomach tighten and wretch.
Again and again
as the soft tissue of your genitals are being burned and the smell of
flesh singed fills the air all around you, as your nerve endings are
being destroyed by the electrocution and to be left
disfigured.
Welcome to the world of covert female genital
mutilation and sterilisation. Expect no truth and no justice. You
will not get it. Instead your genitals will thus become a subject of
damage control thereafter.
